The story
Thirty years of getting the box to the door
Our founder spent three decades in distribution — the unglamorous, essential work of making sure the right product reaches the right place, on time, every time. Along the way, one thing became impossible to ignore: the people who need dependable supply the most are the ones the system serves the worst.
A daughter managing her mother's incontinence supplies from three states away. A care home where a new aide starts every few weeks and no one is quite sure what to reorder. A resident who moves, changes who pays, or comes home from the hospital — and the shipments that were working suddenly stop.
Behind every one of those gaps is a real person, sitting in discomfort, waiting. That's not a logistics problem. It's a dignity problem. We built The Caregivers Shop to solve it.
Our mission
A caregiving platform, not a store
Anyone can sell a case of briefs. What families and care teams actually need is continuity — supplies that follow the resident through every change, so nobody has to remember, chase, or worry.
