We use your information to: process and deliver your orders; communicate with you about orders, deliveries, and payment (including by SMS text message where you have consented); provide customer support; coordinate care supplies among authorized members of a care circle; and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only as needed to operate our service: with service providers (payment processing, shipping/delivery carriers, SMS delivery) who process it on our behalf; with individuals you authorize on a care circle (such as a family payor or facility administrator); and as required by law. Delivery carriers receive only what is needed to deliver your order.
