Some of the information we handle relates to a person's care needs — for example, the type of incontinence products they use, sizes and absorbency levels, or an issue you tell us about like leaking or skin comfort. Even though we are not a medical provider and do not collect medical records or diagnoses, we treat this care information as sensitive and protect it with special care. This policy explains how.

• The products a person uses and their sizes/absorbency levels.
• Usage and reorder patterns, so supplies don't run out.
• Care needs or issues you choose to tell us (for example, a fit or comfort concern) by text, phone, or online.

We do NOT collect medical diagnoses, clinical records, treatment information, or details from healthcare providers.

Only to serve the person in your care: to send the right products, keep them in stock, help you choose what fits, and support you. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers who help us deliver your order and with the people you authorize on your care circle.

We limit access to the people who need it to serve you, and we protect it in transit and in storage.
