Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of The Caregivers Shop, operated by Small Co. Inc., a California corporation. By placing an order or using our service, you agree to them.

Care and incontinence products and related supplies, for families, care facilities, and home health agencies.

You may order online, by text, or by phone. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including who the supplies are for, sizes, and delivery details.

Prices are shown at the time of order. Shipping is included in the price — there are no separate freight charges on any order. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card number. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the orders you place.

You may set up a recurring order and choose how often it comes (every 15, 30, or 45 days). By setting up a recurring order, you agree that:

• We will send you a reminder before each delivery so you can review and adjust it — or contact us by text or phone to skip, pause, or stop.
• If you do not respond to the reminder, your standing order will ship as you set it up, and your chosen payment method will be charged at your selected cadence.
• Any change you make updates your standing order going forward.
• You can change, pause, skip, or cancel at any time by text or phone — there is no cancellation fee and cancelling is as easy as signing up.
• You will always see what is coming and what it costs before it ships.

Orders are delivered within 1–5 business days. Local orders across Southern California and Arizona placed by 3 PM are guaranteed next-day. Shipping is included in the price. We focus on local delivery across Southern California and Arizona and also accept orders from outside the area with standard 1–5 business day delivery.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt on unopened product. If a mistake is ours, we cover return shipping; for a change of mind, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 days.

Our products are care and hygiene supplies, not medical devices, and we do not provide medical advice. Any product guidance we offer is to help you choose supplies, not a substitute for a healthcare professional. For medical concerns, consult a qualified provider.
