Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of The Caregivers Shop, operated by Teton Pacific (The Caregivers Shop is a DBA of Teton Pacific). By placing an order or using our service, you agree to them.

Care and incontinence products and related supplies, for families, care facilities, and home health agencies.

You may order online, by text, or by phone. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including who the supplies are for, sizes, and delivery details.

Prices are shown at the time of order. Shipping is included in the price — there are no separate freight charges on any order. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card number. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the orders you place.

You may set up a recurring order and choose how often it comes (every 15, 30, or 45 days). By setting up a recurring order, you agree that:

• We will send you a reminder before each delivery so you can review and adjust it — or contact us by text or phone to skip, pause, or stop.
• If you do not respond to the reminder, your standing order will ship as you set it up, and your chosen payment method will be charged at your selected cadence.
• Any change you make updates your standing order going forward.
• You can change, pause, skip, or cancel at any time — online from your account, by text, or by phone. There is no cancellation fee, and cancelling is as easy as signing up.
• You will always see what is coming and what it costs before it ships.
• If the price of anything in your standing order changes, we will tell you before the next charge, so you can change or cancel before it ships.

Next-day delivery is available on our own truck for qualifying orders in Los Angeles, Ventura, and Orange counties, placed by 2 PM PT. Eligibility is shown at checkout. All other orders ship by carrier, with delivery times that vary by destination.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt on unopened product, and on any item that arrived wrong or defective. If a mistake is ours, we cover return shipping; for a change of mind, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 days.

We do not provide medical advice. Product guidance we offer helps you choose supplies; it does not replace a healthcare professional. Use each product as directed on its label. For medical concerns, consult a qualified provider.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund it. This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under California and federal law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by California law. If something isn't right, contact us first; most issues are resolved quickly by phone or text. Any dispute we cannot resolve together will be heard in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, or in small claims court where it qualifies. Nothing here limits your rights under California consumer law.

We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new effective date.
