The Caregivers Shop Notifications.

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from The Caregivers Shop related to your care-supply orders. These include order confirmations, delivery updates, payment setup and reminders, account notifications, and responses to your supply-related questions.

For online orders, you opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box during account setup. We send a one-time code to that number, and consent is recorded only after you enter it.

If a care facility sets up supplies on behalf of a resident, the facility may enter a family member's number for billing. We do not text that number. That person opts in only by their own action — by scanning the QR code on a delivered package and verifying with a one-time code, by opening a payment link the facility gives them and verifying with a one-time code, or by texting START to our number.

You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

Message frequency varies based on your orders and delivery schedule.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and will not receive further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile opt-in consent or phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
