Ffloe

What is Ffloe?

Ffloe is the invisible engine that keeps the right supplies flowing. It is completely automatic, completely continuous, and completely hands-off.

Every traditional supplier ties an order to a single person's login or email. But in senior care, the people around a resident change constantly. Caregivers leave, shift managers rotate, and family responsibilities shift.

When that happens, the old supply chain breaks. Someone has to notice the mistake, hunt down the password, log into a clunky vendor dashboard, rebuild the order from scratch, and hope nothing critical was missed in the chaos.

In care, where staff turnover never stops and the person waiting for the supply cannot advocate for themselves, running out isn't an occasional accident. It is the daily norm.

Ffloe was built to end that.

We tie the supply line directly to the resident and the room they live in—not a shifting employee list. Because the order belongs to the resident, the system automatically coordinates everyone currently in their care circle. Caregivers can change, residents can move rooms, and payors can shift, but the supplies never break stride. No new setup. No paperwork gaps.

Continuity isn't a premium feature you turn on. It is how the system works by default.

Built for the Floor, Backed by Humans

We threw out the corporate web portals, the multi-factor authentication codes, and the endless phone trees. Ffloe runs entirely on plain, everyday language.

A busy caregiver on the floor can simply text or call in their own words — “Send John more protective underwear.” — and it's handled: we take care of the order and text a confirmation back, with a real person on our team making sure it's right. It runs quietly in the background, built to handle the scale of a multi-room facility across every staff change and resident transition.

Our event-driven automation carries the heavy operational load, but by design, a real person stands behind the moments that matter. In senior care, the cost of a silent machine error is simply too high to leave to an algorithm alone.

This is the care coordination system we spent thirty years learning the hard way—now rebuilt as an automated network that runs itself. And this is only the beginning of what it makes possible.
